gonna get there…
I’ve gotten fatter again. Everyone says that I haven’t.. but I know it. And even if I haven’t, I haven’t gotten skinner… which is kind of the same thing. I am dieting again… and I will find time to exercise every day! Not just once a month.
So my starting weight is around 130 lbs and I am 5’2… my goal is to be at the most 120 lbs by October 11th. That means 10 lbs in a month… I don’t know if it’s healthy… but I am going to try.
Today is day One of my diet/exercise plan. So far, I walked at a brisk pace for 10 minutes to work. I am trying to scarf down a Chocolate Chip Cliff Bar… but it is so gross. Lol it is only 240 calories.. and a Mocha Frappuccino coffee drink which is only 180 calories. The bar will give me energy and start my metabolism… while the coffee drink fills my caffeine need as well as my taste buds. :)
So breakfast Calorie total= 420… which is really high and more than I want to have… but this is day one. I also have a Gatorade to drink throughout my shift which is about 200 Calories.
So total for my 8 hour shift, I will have consumed 620 calories. I am only allowing myself 1200-1250 a day so this leaves me with 580-630 for the remainder of the day. <\p> This is gonna be hard.
